These Terms apply to all services provided by ph8v through the website ph8v.best and any associated mobile-optimised platform or application. They should be read together with ph8v's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the agreement between you and ph8v.

ph8v is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment for Filipino players. These Terms are written in plain language wherever possible so that players can understand their rights and obligations clearly. 2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use ph8v. This is a strict requirement with no exceptions. ph8v takes age verification seriously and reserves the right to request documentation confirming your date of birth at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and the deposited balance will be returned minus any bonuses claimed.

2.2 Jurisdiction

ph8v's services are intended for players located in the Philippines. It is your responsibility to verify that accessing and using online gaming services is legal in your specific location. Players from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited are not eligible to register on ph8v.

2.3 Personal Capacity

You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf — not on behalf of another person, organisation, or entity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

3. Your ph8v Account

3.1 One Account per Person

Each player is permitted to hold one registered account on ph8v. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, email address, phone number, device, payment method, or IP address — are prohibited. ph8v reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and to void any transactions associated with them.

3.2 Account Registration

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. ph8v may require identity verification documents (government-issued ID, proof of address) before processing withdrawals or activating certain features.

3.3 Account Security

Your account credentials — username and password — are your responsibility. Do not share your login details with any other person. ph8v will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, change your password immediately and contact ph8v support.

3.4 Account Dormancy

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. ph8v will notify you by email before applying any dormancy administration fee to your balance. Details of dormancy fees are available in the ph8v FAQ.

4. Deposits

ph8v accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱500.
• Deposits are credited to your ph8v account balance upon confirmed receipt from the payment provider.
• ph8v does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• ph8v reserves the right to request proof that a payment method belongs to you before crediting a deposit.
• Deposits that cannot be verified may be returned to the originating payment method at ph8v's discretion.

5. Withdrawals

ph8v processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the deposit wherever possible. GCash and Maya withdrawals typically complete within approximately 15 minutes. Bank transfers via InstaPay and PESONet may take longer depending on the receiving bank.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• ph8v does not charge withdrawal fees on its end.
• Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal or if your account has not previously been verified.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to review for compliance with these Terms, including anti-money laundering checks.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 8 of these Terms before withdrawal is permitted.
• ph8v reserves the right to request supporting documentation before releasing a withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or Terms violations are suspected.

6. Sports Betting Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

All bets placed on ph8v are final once confirmed by the system. It is your responsibility to check your bet slip carefully before confirming. ph8v does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in the circumstances described below.

6.2 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body (league, federation, or sanctioning organisation) for the sport and competition in question. In the event of a conflict between an unofficial source and the official result, the official result governs settlement.

6.3 Void Bets

A bet will be voided and the stake returned in the following circumstances:

• A match or event is abandoned before the required completion point for settlement.
• A match or event is postponed and not rescheduled within 48 hours (unless ph8v's specific event rules state otherwise).
• A bet was placed at an incorrect price due to a manifest error (see Section 6.5).
• ph8v is unable to verify the official result from any authoritative source.

6.4 In-Play Betting

Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the current match situation and available markets. Odds update in real time and the offered price at the moment of bet confirmation is the price applied. Connectivity issues on the player's side that result in a bet being placed at an unintended price are not grounds for cancellation.

6.5 Manifest Errors

If a bet is accepted at clearly incorrect odds — for example, odds that are significantly out of line with market prices due to a technical or human error on ph8v's part — ph8v reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake. ph8v will not void bets retroactively purely because the odds turned out to be unfavourable to ph8v within normal market variation.

6.6 Maximum Payouts

ph8v applies maximum payout limits per event and per account. Maximum payout limits are displayed in the ph8v betting interface at the time of placing a bet. Where a confirmed bet would result in a payout exceeding the applicable maximum, the payout will be capped at that limit.

7. Casino Games

All casino games available on ph8v — including slots, live dealer games, Pusoy, Color Game, and casino poker variants — are provided by licensed game software providers. Random number generators (RNGs) used in non-live games are independently certified to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.

• House edges and return-to-player (RTP) percentages are determined by the game software provider and are disclosed in the individual game information panels.

9. Responsible Gaming

ph8v is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control of their gaming activity. The following tools are available to all registered ph8v players through the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit to your ph8v account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Set time-based alerts to notify you when you have been logged into ph8v for a specified duration.
• Reality Checks: Pop-up notifications at regular intervals displaying the duration of your current gaming session and your net position.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ph8v and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering while under 18 years of age or registering on behalf of a minor.
• Opening multiple accounts for the same individual (whether personally or through third parties).
• Using any software, script, bot, or automated process to access, interact with, or manipulate the ph8v platform.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation.
• Participating in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through ph8v.
• Attempting to gain unfair advantage through collusion with other players in poker or other competitive game formats.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or perform denial-of-service attacks on ph8v's systems.
• Providing false information during registration, identity verification, or any account-related process.
• Using a payment method that belongs to another person to deposit or withdraw funds.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on ph8v — including but not limited to the platform name, logo, design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and audio-visual elements — is the property of ph8v or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use ph8v's platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from ph8v without express written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

ph8v provides its platform on an "as is" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted under Philippine law, ph8v's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited as follows:

• ph8v is not liable for losses arising from events beyond its reasonable control — including server failures, internet outages, or actions of third-party payment providers.
• ph8v is not liable for indirect or consequential losses including loss of profit, loss of expected winnings, or reputational damage.
• ph8v's maximum aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms limits ph8v's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

13. Account Termination

13.1 Termination by the Player

You may close your ph8v account at any time by contacting customer support at support@ph8v.best. Any real-money balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your primary registered payment method, subject to identity verification and compliance with these Terms.

13.2 Termination by ph8v

ph8v reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• ph8v is required to do so by law, regulatory direction, or court order.
• ph8v has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
• You have been found to be ineligible to hold an account (e.g., underage, prohibited jurisdiction).

Where ph8v closes your account due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real-money deposits not subject to forfeiture will be returned after investigation.

14. Complaints and Disputes

ph8v will not accept responsibility for disputes raised more than 90 days after the event or transaction giving rise to the complaint.

15. Amendments to These Terms

Continued use of ph8v following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.
